Use of the Service

Comms Bot provides Discord server tools for temporary voice channel creation and configuration. You may use the bot only in servers where you have permission to install and configure Discord applications.

Admin Responsibility

Server owners and admins are responsible for choosing appropriate bot permissions, dashboard settings, access restrictions, and channel locations. Comms Bot will only delete tracked temporary channels that it created and stored as active temporary channels.

Use of Comms Bot must comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms of Service, and Developer Policy. Do not use the bot for abuse, spam, harassment, illegal activity, or attempts to evade Discord's platform rules.

Availability

Comms Bot is provided as an online service and may experience downtime, maintenance, Discord API limits, provider outages, or permission-related failures. We may update, limit, or discontinue features as needed for reliability, safety, or compliance.

Limitation of Liability

Comms Bot is provided without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the bot.
